Buyer Agency
Every listing is an agreement between the seller and the broker (the listing agent), which traditionally bound every agent that was a member of the multiple listing service "MLS" to become a subagent to the seller, meaning we represented the seller. In 1996, real estate consumer agency disclosure "RECAD" became a law creating an opportunity for an underserved market "THE BUYER" representation. The buyers no longer have to rely on caveat emptor "LET THE BUYER BEWARE." Licensed Realtors can contract exclusively with the buyers, which can no longer be misconstrued as dual agency, or traditionally the buyer having no representation. We are honored to represent our buyer clients with excellence as Exclusive Buyer Agents.

Our Buyer Agents at New Homes Realty @ Greystone have developed a professional working relationship with America's National Home Builders to ensure our buyer clients a stress free experience. We have mastered the art of negotiating with integrity, without compromising your best interest, all while maintaining high professional standards. Working amicably with the Home Builders and their on-site Real Estate Agents ensures a positive and exciting experience. Our buyer agents have selected a "Buyer's Network Team" of professional mortgage brokers, home inspectors, home builders, insurance agents, home plan designers, and interior designers for your convenience. Together, we can open the door to your Dream of "Home Ownership."

Our nationwide teams consist of experienced relocation specialists, seller and buyer agents. We are affiliates with a national network of e-PRO and Accredited Buyer Representatives (ABR) certified Realtors, which allows us to represent you in any area.
